The said Land being bounded on the north by
Carrs Hill the property of John C. Apperson by Henly
Taylors land and [yn
] piece of marsh at the capitol
landing on the East. By the road leading from the
Capitol landing and by Carrs Hill aforesaid
On the South by the lots owned by R. P. Waller
and Robert M Garrett and on the west by
Thomas G. Peachy land which land of Thomas
G. Peachy is the portion of the original palace
tract before referred to as having been sold
by Robert Saunders Snr. to Wm Browne.
